摘要
食用菌生产在农业产业结构调整和新农村建设中发挥着重要作用。近年来青海省食用菌产业发展较快,栽培规模逐步扩大、栽培品种逐渐增多、生产产量也日益增长,但生产技术水平低、产业化程度不高、缺乏自主知识产权品种等一系列问题仍制约着产业的发展。通过总结青海省食用菌产业发展现状,分析了制约产业发展的关键因素,提出了相应的发展方向及对策,以期为青海省食用菌产业高质量发展提供参考。
The edible fungi production plays an important role in the adjustment of agricultural industry structure and the construction of new countryside.In recent years,the edible fungi industry in Qinghai Province has developed rapidly,and the cultivation scale,cultivated varieties,and production output have been expanding.However,a series of problems,including the low level of production technology,the low degree of industrialization,and lack of varieties of independent intellectual property rights,restrict the development of the edible fungi industry.By summarizing the development status of the edible fungi industry in Qinghai Province,the key factors restricting the development of the edible fungi industry in Qinghai Province were analyzed,the corresponding development directionsand countermeasures were put forward.In order to provide reference for the high-quality development of the edible fungi industry in Qinghai Province.
