摘要
地方标准DB 65/T 4416—2021《棉花仓储企业信用评定规范》建立了棉花仓储企业信用经营行为指标。通过构建公平、平等、统一的指标体系,指导棉花仓储企业信用评定,跟踪了解及改进信用状况,推动棉花仓储产业朝着自动化、信息化、网络化、智能化的方向发展。为各级政府部门、第三方信用服务机构、行业协会及其他组织对棉花仓储企业信用状况的评价提供科学的评价指标和评价依据,从而提升棉花仓储企业信用意识、提高服务质量,为棉花仓储产业的发展营造一个公平、正义、良好的市场环境,促进棉花产业的健康发展,提升新疆仓储企业的国际竞争力。
Place the cotton storage enterprise credit evaluation specification standards,will build the cotton storage enterprise credit management behavior index,through the establishment of a fair,the index system of equality,unity,guide cotton storage enterprise credit rating,follow and improve credit conditions,promote the cotton storage industry towards automation,informationization,networked,intelligent direction.It provides scientific evaluation index and basis for government departments at all levels,third-party credit service organizations,industry associations and other organizations to evaluate the credit status of cotton storage enterprises.So as to enhance the credit awareness of cotton warehousing enterprises,improve the quality of service,create a fair,just and good market environment for the development of cotton warehousing industry,promote the healthy development of cotton industry,enhance the international competitiveness of Xinjiang warehousing enterprises.
