摘要
以液压插销式海上风电安装平台为对象,明确提出其在插拔桩过程中会遇到的潜在风险,并对其遇到的潜在风险进行原因分析。结合过往类似风险导致的事故案例,提出预防该风险的措施,以确保以后海上风电安装平台安全进行插拔桩作业和平台安全完成生产作业。介绍了插拔桩作业会遇到的插桩穿刺、插桩滑移、冲刷掏空、拔桩失败和平台倾斜角过大等5个方面的潜在风险。分析这5个风险发生的原因,然后通过类似事故案例进一步分析其遇到的潜在风险发生原因以及发生后的危害和后果。根据以上分析,并结合液压插销式海上风电安装平台的自身特性,对5个潜在风险分别提出其预防措施,进一步降低插拔桩过程中潜在风险的发生。最后提出了相应的提高操作人员素质的措施,降低人为因素引发的风险。
The hydraulic plug-type offshore wind power installation platform was taken as the object,the potential risks it will encounter in the process of plugging and pulling out piles were put forward,and the reasons for the potential risks encountered were analyzed.Combined with the accident cases caused by similar risks in the past,measures to prevent the risk were put forward,in order to ensure the safe operation of plugging and pulling out of the offshore wind power installation platform and the safe completion of the production operation of the platform.Five potential risks of piercing,slippage,scouring and hollowing,failure of pulling out,and excessive platform inclination that will be encountered in the operation of plugging and pulling were introduced.The reasons for the occurrence of these five risks were analyzed,and then further analyzed the causes of potential risks encountered and the hazards and consequences after they occur through similar accident cases that have occurred in history.According to the above analysis,combined with the characteristics of the hydraulic plug-type offshore wind power installation platform,the preventive measures for the five potential risks were put forward to further reduce the occurrence of potential risks in the process of plugging and pulling out the piles.Finally,corresponding measures to improve the quality of operators were put forward to reduce the risk caused by human factors.
