摘要
叉车发生事故时,操作者脱离座位受到伤害的比例较高。文中从叉车事故案例中,从叉车作业的人—设备—环境系统进行归纳分析操作者离座的原因,提出在设备采购、修理时提高车辆本体安全技术解决的策略,提高管理装备等预防操作者离座的措施,避免安全管理制度虚设,消除或减弱操作者离座安全风险。
In the case of forklift accidents,the proportion of operators getting injured when they leave their seats is relatively high.From the forklift accident cases,the paper summarizes and analyzes the strategies to improve the vehicle body safety technology during equipments procurement and repair as well as optimize management equipments and other measures to prevent the operator leaving the seat,according to the reasons for the operator leaving the seat based on the human-equipment-environment system of forklift operation,so as to avoid the false safety management system and eliminate or reduce the risk of operators leaving the seat safety.
