摘要
目的:分析心脏康复治疗对急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗术后预后的影响。方法:选取2019年6月—2021年3月佳木斯市中心医院收治的62例急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者作为研究对象,将患者分为常规组和康复组,每组各31例。其中常规组患者接受常规康复教育,康复组患者接受心脏康复训练。对比两组患者的康复总有效率、并发症发生率、康复前后左心室射血分数和血压水平。结果:康复组患者的总有效率高于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.4153,P<0.05)。康复组患者的并发症发生率低于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.7692,P<0.05)。康复后,康复组患者的左心室射血分数和血压水平(舒张压、收缩压)优于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=3.4739、3.6702、3.8479,P<0.05)。结论:心脏康复治疗可以有效改善急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后预后情况。
Objective:To analyze the effect of cardiac rehabilitation on the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 62 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into routine group and rehabilitation group,with 31 cases in each group.The patients in the routine group received routine rehabilitation education,and the patients in the rehabilitation group mainly received cardiac rehabilitation training.The total effective rate of rehabilitation,incidence of complications,left ventricular ejection fraction and blood pressure before and after rehabilitation were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the rehabilitation group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.4153,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the rehabilitation group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.7692,P<0.05).After rehabilitation,the left ventricular ejection fraction and blood pressure levels(diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure)of the patients in the rehabilitation group were better than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.4739,3.6702,3.8479,P<0.05).Conclusion:Cardiac rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention.
