摘要
目的罹患冠心病患者,在其介入术后的临床护理工作中,开展心脏康复护理对促进患者术后康复的作用探究。方法样本均选自吉林市人民医院冠心病患者,共计140例,收录时间均为2019年2月-2020年2月,患者入院后均接受介入术治疗,术后性规范性分组,给予不同术后护理方案,分别为对照组(常规护理)、观察组(心脏康复护理),每个组别均纳入样本70例。统计不同组别纳入样本的康复情况组间差异,包括临床指标、安全性的测定值参数及情绪、自护能力的评分值参数。结果护理干预前,两组冠心病患者的心脏功能各项指标之间均不存在显著性差异(P>0.05);开展护理干预后两组患者指标虽均得到了恢复,但各项指标均以观察组更优(P<0.05)。针对两组纳入样本不安全事件发生率进行测定,观察组测定值为1.43%,该数据明显低于对照组测定值15.71%(P<0.05)。开展护理措施之前组间情绪状态并不存在较大差异(P>0.05);开展后两组虽均有好转,但观察组情绪状态更佳(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前的自护能力(P>0.05);干预后均有所提高,且观察组各项评分更优(P<0.05)。结论罹患冠心病患者,在其介入术后的临床护理工作中,开展心脏康复护理对促进患者术后康复的作用显著,能够有效恢复患者的各项心脏功能指标,降低并发症发病率,具有较高的临床研究价值。
Objective To explore effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in promoting postoperative rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease during clinical nursing after intervention.Methods The paper chose 140 patients with coronary heart disease with interventional treatment in Jilin City People’s Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020,and divided them into standard groups after operation with different postoperative care schemes,including control group(with routine nursing)and observation group(with cardiac rehabilitation nursing),70 cases in each group.Statistics were carried out on rehabilitation differences between groups,including clinical indicators,measured value parameters of safety,scoring value parameters of emotion and self-care ability.Results Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in indexes of cardiac function between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,indexes of both groups were recovered,those in observation group were better,(P<0.05).Incidence of unsafe events in two groups was measured.Measured value of observation group was 1.43%,significantly lower than control group 15.71%,(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in emotional state between groups before nursing measures,(P>0.05).With improvement for both groups,emotional state of observation group was better(P<0.05).Self-care ability comparison between two groups before intervention showed P>0.05;scores of observation group were better than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical nursing of patients with coronary heart disease after interventional surgery,cardiac rehabilitation nursing plays significant role in promoting postoperative rehabilitation,can recover various cardiac function indexes and reduce incidence of complications effectively,which has high clinical research value.
