摘要
抱杆节点的极限承载能力是衡量抱杆承载性能的决定因素之一。为研究抱杆螺栓连接节点的极限承载能力,基于有限元方法计算分析了不同工况下的抱杆整体受力情况,提取了节点的真实受力信息,研究确定了节点的受力形式及规律。在此基础上对节点受力特性进行仿真,并利用五轴联动液压加载装置开展了节点极限承载能力试验,通过试验和仿真的对比分析,验证了数值模型的可靠性。调整螺栓布局,对螺栓连接节点进行了优化设计,优化后抱杆螺栓节点的极限承载性能提升了10.9%。
The ultimate bearing capacity of the pole joint is one of the key factors to determine the bearing capacity of the pole.In order to study the ultimate load-bearing capacity of the bolt connection joint of the grab bar,the overall stress situation of the grab bar under different working conditions is calculated and analyzed which based on the finite element method,the real stress information of the joint is extracted,and the stress forms and laws of the joint are determined.On this basis,the stress characteristics of the joint are simulated,and the ultimate bearing capacity test of the joint is carried out by using the five-axis linkage loading device.Through the comparative analysis of the test and simulation,the reliability of the numerical model is verified.By adjusting the bolt layout,the bolt connection joints are optimized.After optimization,the ultimate bearing capacity of the bolt connection joints with holding rods is improved by 10.9%.
