摘要
目的探索一种适合疗养院向康复医院转型的可行性路径,解决疗养院转型发展困难的现实问题。方法在临潼康复疗养中心开展多学科联合中医康复模式,以中医康复理念为指导,培养以中医康复医师为主导的人才队伍,推动护理人员掌握中医护理操作技术,弥补治疗师数量不足的缺陷,并打破科室间的界限,多学科联合制定康复诊疗方案,为康复患者提供更全面的康复治疗,观察运营效果。结果采用以多学科联合中医康复模式为特色的疗养院向康复医院转型,前期投入低,对高学历人才、高年资医生的依赖程度有限,盈亏平衡周期相对较短,业绩爬坡速度较快,病员康复效果显著,达到了预期效果。结论采用多学科联合中医康复模式转型发展是疗养院解决转型发展问题的有效方法。
Objective To explore a feasible path suitable for the transformation from sanitariums to rehabilitation hospitals and solve the practical problems of the transformation and development of a nursing home.Methods A multidisciplinary TCM rehabilitation mode was carried out in Lintong Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center.Guided by the TCM rehabilitation concept,a talent team led by TCM rehabilitation physicians was cultivated to promote nursing staff to master TCM nursing operation techniques,make up for the shortage of therapists,and break the boundaries between departments to jointly develop a rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment plan,so as to provide more comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for rehabilitated patients and observe the operation effect.Results The transformation from sanitariums to rehabilitation hospitals featured by the multi-disciplinary combined TCM rehabilitation mode was characterized by low initial investment,limited dependence on highly educated talents and senior doctors,relatively short break-even cycle,fast performance climbing speed,remarkable rehabilitation effect of patients,and the expected effect was achieved.Conclusion It is an effective way to solve the problems of transformation and development in sanitariums to adopt multi-discipline combined with TCM rehabilitation mode.
