一硝基甲苯生产废水预处理工艺的优化

摘要 文章分析了一硝基甲苯生产废水的主要物质和含量,从废水处理全流程和回用分析,针对现行设计预处理工艺的效果和问题,在优化的工艺基础上,对主体设备进行设计选型,使预处理工段的重要指标-氨氮,能够稳定在合理的控制范围。研究与优化结果:两级冷凝一级冷却组合工艺,氨氮获得捕集利用,稳定顶部一级出水氨氮2000 mg/L以下,二级出水氨氮50000 mg/L以上,实现废水经过后续蒸发后能够连续稳定回用的目标。实现节水率80%,同时因氨氮的降低减少后续生化处理负荷50%以上。 This paper analyzes the main substance and content of wastewater from mononitrotoluene production,analyzes the whole process of wastewater treatment and reuse,and in view of the effect and problem of the present design pretreatment process,on the basis of the optimized process,the main equipment design selection,so that the pretreatment section of the important indicators-ammonia nitrogen,can be stable in a reasonable control range.Research and optimization results:the combined process of two-stage condensation and first-stage cooling,ammonia nitrogen capture and utilization,stable top first-stage effluent ammonia nitrogen below 2000 mg/L,second-stage effluent ammonia nitrogen above 50000 mg/L,the goal that the waste water can be reused continuously and stably after the follow-up evaporation is realized.The water saving rate is 80%,and the subsequent biochemical treatment load is reduced by more than 50% due to the reduction of ammonia nitrogen.
