基于超声监测的变压器局部放电检测校验技术研究

摘要 提出一种超声监测变压器局部放电检测校验方法.基于智能变压器设备的技术要求,搭建超声监测变压器局部放电检测校验试验平台,以校验待检超声传感器的灵敏度.实验结果表明:局放超声传感器的测量信号随着局放量的增加呈上升趋势,但两者并没有明显的对应关系;选择的比对传感器在所测放电量范围内均具有较高的灵敏度;能对测放电量500~5000 pC范围内传感器的灵敏度进行判断.该方法可应用于智能组件的设计、制造、运行和维护,有效提升了工作效率,降低了变压器设备的故障率,提高了电网的可靠性. A detecting and calibrating method for partial discharge of ultrasonic monitoring transformer was proposed.Based on the technical requirements of intelligent transformer equipment,the partial discharge detection and calibration test platform of the ultrasonic monitoring transformer was set up to verify the sensitivity of the ultrasonic sensor to be inspected.The experimental results show that the measurement signal of local release ultrasonic sensor increases with the increase of local discharge volume,but there is no obvious correlation between them.The contrastive sensors selected all have higher sensitivity in the range of measured discharge;they can judge the sensitivity of the sensor in the range of 500~5000 pC.This method can be applied to the design,manufacture,operation and maintenance of intelligent components,effectively improve the working efficiency,reduce the failure rate of transformer equipment and improve the reliability of power grid.
