基于群层次分析法的振冲碎石桩填料方法比选 被引量:9

Vibro-stone column filling schemes based on Group AHP

摘要 该文基于群层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP),利用箱线图和Spearman等级相关系数分析,通过Python语言编程计算各决策层相关参数,建立多准则群决策模型,破除了调研问卷数据可靠性不足及AHP一致性检验难通过的弊端。该文依托中国西南地区某水电站深厚覆盖地基振冲碎石桩处理工程,研究了碎石桩填料方案比选决策,结果表明:项目建设的不同参与方对不同的技术路线偏好不同,设计人员和科研工作者更倾向于选择创新性强的技术路线,而业主、施工和监理更倾向于比较成熟可靠的方案。根据决策结果,现场开发了一种智能上料装置和方法,可用于解决振冲碎石桩施工面临的填料数量和品质不精准难题,提高了深厚覆盖地基振冲碎石桩的施工质量水平。 The group analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was used with boxplots and Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient analyses. The relevant parameters of the hierarchy of decisions were calculated with Python. This multi-criteria decision-making model was then built. Previous investigations have not been reliable and the basic AHP is not always consistent. This Group AHP was then used to compare various vibro-stone column packing methods for treating the deep overburden dam foundation of a hydropower station in southwest China. The results show that the various project participants have different preferred technical routes. Designers and researchers are more inclined to choose innovative technical methods;while owners, constructors and supervisors are more inclined to use mature, reliable schemes. An intelligent feed device and a method were developed, which improve the quantity accuracy and the quality of the vibro-stone column filler for the deep overburden dam foundation.
