摘要
作为现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分,职业院校技能大师工作室在弘扬工匠精神、培养高素质人才方面发挥了重要作用,但也普遍存在重技能轻素养、思政教育薄弱等典型问题。文章从课程思政视角提出职业院校技能大师工作室“三进六融九润”育人模式,践行全过程育人理念,为相关职业院校技能大师工作室建设和人才培养提供借鉴。
As an important part of the modern vocational education system,the skill master studios in vocational colleges have played an important role in carrying forward the craftsman spirit and cultivating high-quality talents,but there are some problems such as emphasizing skills over literacy and weakening ideological and political education.The paper puts forward an ideological and political education model of“three entry,six integration and nine embellishment”for skill master studios in vocational colleges from the perspective of Ideological and political education,tending to implement the whole process education in vocational colleges and provides a reference for the construction and talent training of skill master studios in vocational colleges.
