摘要
目的:探究复方黄柏液+哈西奈德溶液联合超短波方案在失禁性皮炎(IAD)患者治疗中的效果观察。方法:采用前瞻性分析,选取南昌市第一医院2021年8月-2022年6月收治的60例IAD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为A组和B组。A组30例患者采取复方黄柏液+哈西奈德溶液联合超短波治疗,B组30例患者采取3M伤口保护膜联合伤口护肤粉外涂。对比两组患者临床疗效、皮炎愈合时间及随访3个月后再复发率、治疗前后会阴皮肤评估工具(perineal assessment tool,PAT)量表评分、临床症状体征积分的差异。结果:A组患者的总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于B组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05)。A组患者的皮炎愈合时间短于B组(P<0.05),A组3个月后再复发率为3.33%(1/30),低于B组的26.67%(8/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PAT评分、临床症状体征积分均低于治疗前,且A组均低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:复方黄柏液+哈西奈德溶液联合超短波方案在IAD患者治疗中的作用较3M伤口保护膜联合伤口护肤粉外涂好。
Objective:To explore the effect of Compound Huangbai Liquid + Halcinide Solution combined with ultrashort wave regimen in the treatment of patients with incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD).Method:A total of 60 patients with IAD admitted to the First Hospital of Nanchang from August 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects by prospective analysis,the patients were divided into group A and group B by random number table method.In group A,30 patients were treated with Compound Huangbai Liquid + Halcinonide Solution combined with ultrashort wave,30 patients in group B were treated with 3M wound protective film combined with wound skin care powder.Clinical efficacy,dermatitis healing time,recurrence rate after 3-month follow-up,perineal skin assessment tool (PAT) scale scores and clinical symptoms and signs scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of group A was 96.67% (29/30),which was higher than 73.33% (22/30) of group B (P<0.05).The healing time of dermatitis in group A was shorter than that in group B (P<0.05),the recurrence rate after 3 months in group A was 3.33% (1/30),which was lower than 26.67% (8/30) in group B (P<0.05).After treatment,the PAT scores and clinical signs and symptoms scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of group A were lower than those of group B (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Compound Huangbai Liquid + Halcinonide Solution combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of patients with IAD is better than that of 3M wound protective film combined with wound skin care powder.
