摘要
企业人力资源管理是企业围绕一系列人力资源所开展的管理活动。合理、高效的人力资源管理可以有效提升企业运转效率,有助于实现企业的可持续发展。围绕企业人力资源管理发展中存在的问题,针对性地从实施以人为本的人力资源管理战略、加强人力资源管理中的文化建设、建设规范化的绩效评估体系三方面,提出了促进企业经济效益可持续发展的协调策略,旨在为实现我国企业健康、可持续发展提供借鉴。
Enterprise human resource management is a series of management activities centering on human resources. Reasonable and efficient human resource management can effectively improve the operation efficiency of enterprises and help to achieve sustainable development of enterprises. This paper around the problems existing in the development of enterprise human resources management, specifically from implementing people-oriented human resources management strategy, strengthen cultural construction in human resources management, three aspects of the performance evaluation system of the construction of standardization, put forward to promote the sustainable development of enterprise economic benefit coordination strategy, aimed at to achieve healthy and sustainable development to provide reference for Chinese companies.
