青岛地区成年人血清和尿液中中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白参考值范围的初步建立

摘要 目的调查青岛地区健康成年人血清和尿液中中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)水平,初步建立血清和尿液中NGAL的参考值范围。方法选取332例青岛地区健康体检的成年人作为研究对象,按20~29、30~39、40~49、50~59、≥60岁年龄段分为5组,按性别分为2组。采用胶乳增强免疫比浊法检测受检者血清和尿液中NGAL水平,分析在不同年龄段间和性别间血清和尿液中NGAL水平的差异。结果成年人血清和尿液中NGAL水平在不同性别间差异均有统计学意义(t=2.099、Z=-2.341,P<0.05),在各个年龄段间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清中NGAL的参考值范围:男性为70.11~181.13μg/L,女性为59.35~176.79μg/L;尿液中NGAL参考值范围:男性<42.49μg/L,女性<82.66μg/L。结论青岛地区体检健康成年人血清和尿液中NGAL水平存在性别差异,本研究初步建立了青岛地区血清和尿液中NGAL的参考值范围。不同实验室应建立自己的参考值范围,以满足临床需要。 Objective To investigate the level of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin(NGAL)in serum and urine of healthy adults in Qingdao area,China,and to establish the reference range of NGAL in serum and urine.Methods A total 332 healthy adults who underwent physical examination in Qingdao area were enrolled as subjects and were divided into 20-29,30-39,40-49,50-59,and≥60 years groups based on age,and were divided into two groups based on gender.Latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetric assay was used to measure the level of NGAL in serum and urine,which was then compared between different age groups and sexes.Results There was a significant difference in the level of NGAL in serum and urine between different sexes(t=2.099,Z=-2.341,P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between different age groups(P>0.05).The re-ference range of serum NGAL was 70.11-181.13μg/L in male sex and 59.35-176.79μg/L in female sex,and the reference range of urine NGAL was<42.49μg/L in male sex and<82.66μg/L in female sex.Conclusion Sex difference is observed in the le-vel of NGAL in serum and urine of healthy adults in Qingdao area,and the reference range of NGAL in serum and urine is established in this study.Laboratories should establish their own reference ranges to meet the clinical needs.
