摘要
目的建立胶乳免疫比浊法测定的血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)的参考区间。方法随机选择2017年3月至2017年12月绵阳市中心医院健康体检者2668例,检测其血清NGAL含量。根据WHOGDB2000和我国年龄分段标准,将其分为6个年龄段(婴儿期、幼儿期、少儿期、青春期、成年期和老年期),分析各年龄段内不同年龄和性别之间NGAL的差异,并建立各年龄段的参考区间。结果除成年期(t=-4.944,P<0.001)外,其它年龄段NGAL水平,男女之间差异无统计学意义(t=-1.883~1.398,P=0.060~0.970)。各年龄段内不同年龄之间NGAL水平差异均无统计学意义(F=0.946~2.215,P=0.064~0.440),而相邻年龄段之间NGAL水平差异均具有统计学意义(LSD-t=3.414~5.893,均P<0.05)。根据C28-A3文件要求,建立本室婴儿期、幼儿期、少儿期、青春期、成年期和老年期血清NGAL的参考区间依次为:28.4μg/L^210.0μg/L、34.0μg/L^171.7μg/L、44.2μg/L^143.5μg/L、54.4μg/L^168.9μg/L、52.7μg/L^156.3μg/L(男性)/54.3μg/L^148.6μg/L(女性)和53.2μg/L^164.4μg/L。结论血清NGAL水平存在年龄差异,且成年人还存在性别差异。不同实验室应按照年龄和/或性别,确定自己的参考区间,以满足临床要求。
Objective To establish a reference range of serum neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipid carrier protein (NGAL) determined by latex immune turbidimetry. Methods From March 2017 to December 2017,2668 healthy people in Mian- yang Center Hospital were randomly selected and their serum NGAL levels were measured. They were divided into 6 age groups( in- fancy,early childhood,childhood,adolescence,adulthood and old age)according to WHO-GDB2000 and Chinese age segmentation criteria. We analyzed the differences of NGAL among different ages and genders and established reference intervals for each age group. Results There was no significant difference in NGAL levels between men and women ( t = -1. 883 - 1. 398, P = 0. 060 0. 970), except in adulthood ( t = -4. 944, P 〈 0. 001 ). No significant difference in NGAL levels between different age groups ( F = 0. 946 ~ 2. 215,P = 0. 064 ~ 0. 440) ,but there were significant differences in NGAL levels between adjacent age groups (LSD-t = 3. 414 ~ 5. 893, all P 〈 0. 05). According to the requirements d C28-A3 documents, the reference ranges d serum NGAL in infan- cy, early childhood, childhood, adolescence, adulthood and old age were : 28.4 μg/L ~ 210. 0μg/L, 34. 0txg/L - 171.7 μg/L, 44. 2μg/L ~ 143.5μg/L, 54.4μg/L ~ 168.9μg/L, 52.7μg/L ~ 156. 3μg/L ( men)/54.3μg/L ~ 148.6μg/L (women) and 53. 2μg/L - 164. 4μg/L, respectively. Conclusion There were age differences in serum NGAL levels and gender differences in a- dults. Different laboratories should determine their reference intervals according to age and / or gender to meet clinical requirements.
