第三组分在单中心催化剂聚合体系中作用的研究进展

Research Progress on the Role of the Third Component in the Single-site Catalyst Polymerization System

摘要 本文综述了烯烃聚合的单中心催化剂体系中第三组分的影响。作为活性中心形成的非必要组分,第三组分对聚合物结构及聚合行为有重要影响。本文涉及了烷基金属类第三组分对聚合物结构、组成、分子量以及聚合行为的影响,总结了第三组分对单一催化剂体系、复合催化剂体系以及单一单体和多种单体的聚合体系的影响,重点讨论了链转移机理、配位链转移聚合原理以及链穿梭聚合技术。 This article reviews the influence of the third component in the single-site catalyst system for olefin polymerization.As an unnecessary component for the formation of active centers,the third component has an important influence on the polymer structure and polymerization behavior.This article deals with the influence of the third component of metal alkyls on the structure,composition,molecular weight and polymerization behavior of the polymer,and summarizes the influence of the third component on the polymerization of a single catalyst system,a composite catalyst system,and a single monomer and multiple monomers.The chain transfer mechanism,coordination chain transfer polymerization principle and chain shuttle polymerization technology are presented.
