摘要
采用链穿梭聚合方法制备热塑性弹性体,不仅可以简化生产工艺,提高催化剂使用效率,降低生产成本,还可以通过改变催化剂和链穿梭剂种类、配比及反应条件,调节聚合物链的微观结构,赋予嵌段共聚物新的功能和用途。系统阐述了链穿梭聚合的基本原理、催化剂和链穿梭剂匹配原则,并对链穿梭聚合的研究进展进行了详细的介绍。
Preparation of thermoplastic elastomers by chain shuttling polymerization can not only greatly simplify the production process, improve the catalytic efficiency, reduce the production costs, but also modify the microstructure and the degree of branching of the polymer chain by changing the type and the ratio of catalysts and chain shuttling agent,endowing the resultant block copolymers with new functions and applications.The mechanism of the chain shuttling polymerization and the principles of choosing catalysts and chain shuttling agents were summarized.The research progress in chain shuttling polymerization were introduced in detail.
