摘要
基于正交试验方法开展了再生混凝土试样劈裂抗拉强度试验,分析了聚丙烯纤维长度、直径以及质量分数对再生混凝土劈裂抗拉强度的影响。研究表明:在龄期7 d的情况下,影响再生混凝土劈裂抗拉强度的主次因素为:聚丙烯纤维质量分数>聚丙烯纤维直径>聚丙烯纤维长度;在龄期28 d的情况下,影响再生混凝土劈裂抗拉强度的主次因素为:聚丙烯纤维长度>聚丙烯纤维质量分数>聚丙烯纤维直径;随着养护时间的延长,再生混凝土试样的密度是降低的,而劈裂抗拉强度总体上是增大的。
The splitting tensile strength test of recycled concrete samples was carried out based on the orthogonal experimental method, and the effects of polypropylene fiber length, diameter and mass fraction on the splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete were analyzed. The research shows that At the age of7 days, the main and secondary factors affecting the splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete are: mass fraction of polypropylene fiber > diameter of polypropylene fiber > length of polypropylene fiber. At the age of 28 days, the main and secondary factors affecting the splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete are:length of polypropylene fiber > mass fraction of polypropylene fiber > diameter of polypropylene fiber.the density of recycled concrete samples decreases with curing time, while the splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete increases in general.
