摘要
超长地下室,建筑空间形态及周边水文环境多种多样,加大了建筑主体开裂和渗漏的风险。以多个该类型项目的建筑设计图纸及项目实地调研为基础,探索研究超长地下室防水设计的薄弱环节,从建筑专业的角度,探讨应对方法。
The super long basement,the building space form and its surrounding hydrological environment are diverse,which increases the risk of cracking and leakage of the main building.Based on the architectural design drawings and field investigation of several projects of this type,this paper studies the weak links of waterproof design of super long basement,and seeks countermeasures from professional architectural perspective.
