摘要
各大地产企业对住宅项目控制标准日益精细化,其地下室设计往往成为项目成本控制的重点及难点甚至是痛点。本文以实际工程项目为例,重点探讨地下室功能设计、消防设计、防水设计及实际工程中常见的错误案例等内容,提出了住宅项目地下室品质提升设计策略。
Major real estate companies have increasingly refined the control of residential projects,and the basement design has often become the focus,difficulty and even bottleneck of project cost control.Taking an actual project as example,this paper focuses on the basement function design,fire protection design,waterproof design as well as common error cases in the actual project,and puts forward the basement quality improvement design of residential projects.
