摘要
为了深入研究喷涂聚脲弹性体技术在输送带快速修复中的综合性能,采用理论与实际应用相结合的方式,研究了喷涂聚脲弹性体的基本性能、输送带的黏结性能、快速修复受损输送带的技术,并对传统修补技术与喷涂聚脲技术进行了对比。结果表明:聚脲材料具有优良的物理性能、黏结性能和耐磨损性能,其拉伸强度可达到17.8MPa,断裂伸长率达到485%,磨耗量为6.7mg。聚脲材料应用于输送带的破损修复,可缩短输送带的修复周期,提高输送带的使用性能,修复后输送带的剥离强度最低值为10.7kN/m。聚脲快速修复技术可在短时间内实现输送带大面积修复,且可修复撕裂、剥落、脱层等多种形式的破损。
In order to intensively study the comprehensive performance of polyurea elastomer spraying technology in rapid repair of conveyor belt,theory and actual application were combined to study the basic performance of the sprayed polyurea elastomer,the bonding performance of belt and the rapid repair technology for damaged belt,and the traditional repair technology and the polyurea spraying technology were compared.The results showed:the polyurea material was of excellent physical performance,bonding performance and wear-resistant performance,its tensile strength reached 17.8 MPa,the breakage elongation reached 485%,and the wear loss was 6.7 mg.The application of polyurea material to the damage repair of the belt shortened the repair cycle of the belt and enhanced the service performance of the belt.The minimum peel strength of repaired belt was 10.7 kN/m.The rapid repair with polyurea could realize large-area repair of the belt in a short time,and repair tear,peeling,delamination and other forms of damage.
