摘要
目的 了解急诊科护士绩效压力、心理资本对职业倦怠的影响。方法 2021年7—9月,采用方便抽样法,抽取武汉市5家三级医院急诊科护士232名作为调查对象,采用绩效压力问卷、心理资本问卷和职业倦怠问卷进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 急诊科护士绩效压力得分为(63.28±12.46)分,心理资本得分为(88.85±16.42)分,职业倦怠得分为(62.58±12.52)分。不同年龄、工龄、职称、月收入、每日工作时长和是否值夜班的急诊科护士在绩效压力比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、工龄、职称、每日工作时长及是否值夜班的急诊科护士心理资本比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、工龄、职称、婚姻状况、月收入、每日工作时长及是否值夜班的急诊科护士职业倦怠比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。绩效压力与职业倦怠呈正相关(r=0.614,P<0.01),心理资本与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.582,P<0.01),绩效压力与心理资本呈负相关(r=-0.528,P<0.01);急诊科护士心理资本在绩效压力和职业倦怠之间起部分中介作用,中介效应为0.217,中介效应占总效应的比例为41.10%。结论 武汉市5家三级医院急诊科护士绩效压力、心理资本与职业倦怠密切相关,心理资本在绩效压力和职业倦怠之间起部分中介作用,提高心理资本有利缓解绩效压力对职业倦怠的影响。
Objective To explore the effects of performance pressure and psychological capital on job burnout of nurses in emergency department.Methods From July to September 2021,232 nurses in the emergency department of five tertiary hospitals in Wuhan were selected by convenient sampling method.They were investigated by the performance stress questionnaire,psychological capital questionnaire and job burnout questionnaire,and the data were analyzed.Results The score of performance pressure,psychological capital on job burnout of nurses in emergency department was(63.28±12.46),(88.85±16.42) and(62.58±12.52)points,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the performance stress scores among department nurses of different age,length of service,professional titles,monthly income,daily working hours and whether they were on night shift or not(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the psychological capital scores among department nurses of different age,length of service,professional titles,daily working hours and whether they were on night shift or not(all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the job burnout scores among department nurses of different age,length of service,professional titles,marital status,monthly income,daily working hours and whether they were on night shift or not(all P<0.05).The performance pressure was positively correlated with job burnout(r=0.614,P<0.01),the psychological capital was negatively correlated with job burnout(r=-0.582,P<0.01),and the performance pressure was negatively correlated with psychological capital(r=-0.528,P<0.01).The emergency department nurses’ psychological capital played a partial mediating role between performance pressure and job burnout,the mediating effect was 0.217,and the mediating effect accounted for 41.10% of the total effect.Conclusion The emergency department nurses’ performance pressure and psychological capital is closely related to job burnout,and the psychological capital plays a parti
