摘要
目的 分析博爱县61例人间布鲁氏菌病(简称“布病”)病例流行病学特征,为制定布病防控措施提供科学依据。方法 从中国疾病预防控制信息系统中收集2018—2020年博爱县人间布病发病数据,病例感染方式来源于个案调查报告,应用描述流行病学方法分析人间布病流行病学特征。结果 2018—2020年博爱县共报告人间布病61例,年均发病率为5.35/10万;全县9个乡镇均有病例报告,孝敬镇、清化镇街道办事处和磨头镇三地病例占总数的60.66%;每月均有病例报告,4—9月报告病例数占病例总数的72.13%;男女之比为5.78:1;40岁及以上人群占病例总数的75.41%;农民占病例总数的49.18%;通过喝生羊奶或食用未煮熟的羊肉等食入性感染者占病例总数的16.39%;发病至确诊时间中位数为20 d。结论 博爱县人间布病以散发为主,男性中老年农民为高危人群,食用未煮熟牛羊肉或喝生羊奶感染所占比例较高,应采取综合性防控措施以遏制布病发病。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of 61 human brucellosis cases in Boai County, and to provide scientific evidences for making brucellosis prevention and control measures.Methods The incidence data of human brucellosis in Boai County from 2018 to 2020 was collected from China’s disease prevention and control information system. The infection routes were derived from the investigation report of individual case. The epidemiological characteristics of human brucellosis were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods.Results 61 human brucellosis cases were reported in Boai County from 2018 to 2020, with an average annual incidence of 5. 35/100 000. The cases were reported in 9towns in the county. The cases were mainly distributed in Xiaojing, Qinghua and Motou, accounting for 60. 66% of the total cases in the county. The cases were reported in each month. The number of reported cases from April to September accounted for 72. 13% of the total number of cases. The ratio of male to female was 5. 78: 1. Patients aged 40 and over accounted for 75. 41% of the total cases. Farmers were accounting for 49. 18% of the total cases. The proportion of those infected by drinking goat milk or eating undercooked mutton was 16. 39%. The median time interval from onset to diagnosis was 20days.Conclusion The incidence of human brucellosis is mainly sporadic in Boai County. Male and middle-aged farmers are high-risk groups. The proportion of infections from eating undercooked beef and lamb or drinking raw goat milk is high.The comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken to curb the incidence of human brucellosis.
