定压对货物列车限速及运行时分的影响研究

摘要 《铁路技术管理规程(普速铁路部分)》规定,对长大下坡道区段货物列车及重载货物列车,铁路局集团公司可根据管内相关试验结果和列车实际操纵需要,将其制动主管压力定为600 k Pa。我国货物列车制动主管定压为500 k Pa和600 k Pa的局面长期并存,使部分列车在运行过程中需进行定压转换,对列车运行效率产生了一定的影响。调整制动主管定压,会对列车每百吨换算闸瓦压力造成影响,并进而影响货物列车的紧急制动距离、限速和运行时分。对不同定压下换算闸瓦压力、制动限速、坡道运行时分以及典型山区线路进行仿真计算分析,研究结果表明,列车运行时分受到线路限速、分相、坡道等多重因素制约,虽然定压变化会对坡道限速产生一定影响,但总体上对列车运行时分影响很小。 According to Technical Management Regulation for Conventional Railway, group companies of China Railway can set the brake pipe pressure of freight trains in long and large downhill sections and heavy haul freight trains as 600 k Pa on the basis of test results and the needs of train operation. The brake pipe pressure of 500 k Pa and 600 k Pa for freight trains has been adopted in China for a long time, which makes some trains switch their brake pipe pressure during running. As a result, their operational efficiency is affected to a certain extent. In addition, the change in brake pipe pressure will alter the equivalent force on brake shoes per 100 tons of the trains and further affect the emergency braking distance, speed limit, and running time of the freight trains. This paper analyzed the equivalent force on brake shoes, speed limit, and running time on rampways under different brake pipe pressures and simulated the running lines in typical mountains. The results show that train running time is restricted by multiple factors such as line speed limit, phase separation, and rampways. Although the change in brake pipe pressure will affect the speed limit in rampways, it has a slight influence on the train running time in total.
