摘要
为探究葡萄酒生产废水处理研究热点和发展现状,基于Web of Science核心合集数据库和CNKI资源总库文献,运用可视化软件CiteSpace对2001—2021年葡萄酒生产废水处理及资源化研究领域的发文作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析,探究其分布及研究热点。结果显示:葡萄酒生产废水处理的研究以欧洲国家为主要研究力量,相关文献发布更多集中在环境以及生物领域,相关废水处理技术在不断革新,可持续的葡萄酒生产是将来研究的重要方向,国内在此方向的研究还比较缺乏,还需要增加更多的关注。
In order to explore the research hotspots and development status of winery wastewater treatment,based on the Web of Science core collection database and CNKI resource library literature,using visualization software CiteSpace,the authors,institutions and keywords in this field of winery wastewater treatment from 2001 to 2021 were visualized and analyzed,and their distribution and research hotspots were explored.The result showed that researchers in European countries were the main research strength in the field of winery wastewater treatment,literature publishing more concentrated in the field of environment and biology,relevant wastewater treatment technology was in the continuous innovation,sustainable wine production was an important direction of future research,domestic research in this direction was relatively lack,and more attention is needed.
