摘要
三七干燥技术与其品质密切相关。近年来,随着三七规模种植及产业化加工的不断发展,有关三七干燥技术的研究逐步引起重视并得以开展。文章就不同干燥方法的效率、优选工艺、理论模型、对三七品质影响及干燥设备等方面的研究情况进行总结,提出下步研究建议,为改进、提升三七干燥技术提供理论参考。
Drying technology is closely related to the quality of of Notoginseng Radix.In recent years,research on drying technology of Panax notoginseng has gradually attracted attention and carried out with continuous development of large-scale cultivation and industrial processing of Panax notoginseng.In this paper,we reviewed the scientific research for efficiency of different drying methods,preferred process,theoretical model,drying equipment and their influences on quality of Panax notoginseng and proposed suggestions for further studies in the hope of providing a theoretical foundation for improvement and enhancement of drying technology.
