摘要
物流系统优化可促进链上节点活动高效运行,提高产品竞争力。在农业供给侧改革背景下,价值链理论为农产品物流系统优化提供了新的分析思路和实践方法。作为国家地理标志农产品的新余蜜橘,存在物流系统价值链增值乏力等问题,结合农业供给侧改革思路,通过创新技术实施精深加工促三产融合,加强冷链建设采用JMI管理仓储,利用区块链实现信息互联共享,提高经营主体规模化、集约化、组织化程度,助力新余蜜橘价值链持续增值。
Logistics system optimization can enhance the operation efficiency at any node along the business chain and improve product competitiveness.In the context of agricultural supply-side reform,the value chain theory can provide new ideas and methods for optimizing the agricultural product logistics system.Take Xinyu tangerine for an example.As a national landmark agricultural product,it exposes many problems concerning the logistic system,such as the weakness in value adding along the value chain.By the agricultural supply-side reform ideas,Xinyu satsuma value chain can be kept appreciating through promoting the integration of the three industries through intensive processing by means of innovative technologies,strengthening the cold chain construction,applying JMI to manage warehousing,utilizing the blockchain to realize information interconnection and sharing,and improving the scale,intensification,and systematization of the business entities.
