个体化营养配餐方案及膳食评价对2型糖尿病患者治疗效果的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨个体化营养配餐方案及膳食评价对2型糖尿病患者治疗效果的影响。方法:选取2021年3月22日~12月26日收治的80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采用糖尿病健康教育及饮食指导,观察组采用个体化营养配餐方案及膳食评价;比较两组干预前后膳食总能量、三大产能营养素供能比,体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、糖化血红蛋白指标改善情况。结果:干预后,观察组一日膳食总能量、三大产能营养素供能比优于干预后、对照组同期(P<0.01);干预后,两组BMI、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、糖化血红蛋白优于干预前(P<0.01),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:个体化营养配餐方案及膳食评价可控制2型糖尿病患者的各项生化指标,从而提高其生活质量。
