摘要
目的 分析苦参汤加减方肛门熏洗坐浴治疗痔术后肛缘水肿的临床价值。方法 此次研究对在江西省瑞昌市中医医院接受痔术治疗后肛缘水肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,于2017年1月—2020年1月选取60例,随机分为2组,各30例,其中30例采用高锰酸钾外用片配制后坐浴治疗,作为对照组,30例采用苦参汤加减方肛门熏洗坐浴治疗,作为观察组,对比2组的治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),显著高于对照组的80.00%(24/30)(P<0.05);观察组相关治疗时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3 d、7 d,观察组症状评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 采用苦参汤加减方肛门熏洗坐浴治疗痔术后肛缘水肿,可明显改善症状,促进早日康复。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of Kushen decoction combined with anus fumigation and hip bath in the treatment of postoperative hemorrhoids anal edema. Methods The study of hemorrhoid surgery treated in Ruichang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine after anal edema in patients with clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. From January 2017 to January 2020, a total of 60 cases were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in each group. Among them, 30 cases were treated with potassium permanganate topical tablets as the control group, and 30 cases were treated with Kushen decoction combined with anal fumigation and hip bath as the observation group. The therapeutic effect of the 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30), which was significantly higher than 80.00%(24/30) of the control group(P<0.05). The treatment time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). 3 days after treatment;On day 7, the symptom scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Kushen decoction combined with anus fumigation and hip bath in the treatment of can significantly improve the symptoms and promote early recovery.
