摘要
目的 分析急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿中应用综合护理的效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年12月期间厦门大学附属第一医院收治的100例急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿为研究对象,并依据患儿的护理方式将其分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),对照组患儿采用常规护理,观察组患儿应用综合护理。比较两组患儿并发症发生率和入院时、干预后1、3、12 h随机血糖水平改善情况以及尿酮体转阴时间、酸中毒纠正时间、住院时间。结果 观察组尿酮体转阴时间、酸中毒纠正时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(4.0%)明显低于对照组(16.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组入院时随机血糖水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后1、3、12 h两组随机血糖水平均显著下降,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿中应用综合护理具有良好的效果,能显著减少并发症,并促进患儿血糖改善,缩短其尿酮体转阴时间、酸中毒纠正时间、住院时间。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in emergency children with diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods A total of 100 children with emergency diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the nursing methods of the children,they were divided into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases).Children in the control group were given routine care,while those in the observation group were given comprehensive care.The incidence of complications and the improvement of random blood glucose levels at admission,1 h,3 h,and 12 h after intervention,as well as the time to negative urine ketone body,the time to correct acidosis,and the length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The time to negative urine ketone body,the time to correct acidosis,and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(4.0%)was significantly lower than control group(16.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in random blood glucose levels between the two groups at admission (P>0.05). The random blood glucose levels decreased significantly at 1 h,3 h and 12 h after the intervention betweenthe two groups, and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in emergency children with diabetic ketoacidosishas a good effect, which can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and promote the improvement ofblood sugar in children, shorten the time of urine ketone body negative, acidosis correction time, hospitalization time.
