摘要
目的:分析不同生境条件下沙氏鹿茸草Monochasma savatieri Franch.ex Maxim.种群年龄结构、静态生命表及存活曲线,预测未来种群结构变化,以期对引种驯化及保护其野生资源提供参考。方法:采用样地调查法对不同地区(湖北黄石、江西吉安、江西庐山)沙氏鹿茸草进行调查,记录相关信息,绘制种群静态生命表、期望寿命图、年龄结构图、存活曲线、死亡率曲线及时间序列预测。结果:三个地区的沙氏鹿茸草年龄结构均为“金字塔型”,种群存活曲线均趋于Deevey-Ⅲ型,在1~3龄级单位样地内种群数量最大,到第3龄级后种群数量急剧减少,江西庐山相对于其他两地缺少中高龄级(4龄级后)野生沙氏鹿茸草,并且江西庐山沙氏鹿茸草死亡高峰期相对于其他两地早,3龄级后湖北黄石地区沙氏鹿茸草期望寿命大于其他两地。结论:环境因素影响着沙氏鹿茸草种群年龄结构,其种群自然更新主要取决于种群3龄级前幼株存活率。沙氏鹿茸草种群保护主要应通过控制环境因子,来增加其幼株存活率,促进种群的繁衍。
Objective:To analyze the population age structure,static life table and survival curve of Monochasma savatieri in different habitats,to predict future population structure changes,so as to provide reference for introduction,domestication and conservation of wild resources.Methods:The sample survey method was used to investigate Monochasma savatieri in different areas(Huangshi in Hubei province,Ji′an in Jiangxi province,Lushan in Jiangxi province),the relevant information was recorded,the population static life table,life expectancy chart,age structure chart,survival curve,mortality curve and time series prediction were drew.Results:The age structure of Monochasma savatieri in the three areas was“pyramid type”,and the population survival curve tended to“Deevey-Ⅲtype”.The population number was the largest in the unit plots of 1 to 3 age class,and decreased sharply after the third age class.Compared with other two places,Lushan Mountain in Jiangxi province was short of middle and advanced grade(after grade 4)wild Monochasma savatieri.The peak of death in Lushan Mountain of Jiangxi province was earlier than that in other places,and the life expectancy of samples in Huangshi of Hubei province was greater than that in other places after the third age.Conclusion:Environmental factors affect the population age structure of Monochasma savatieri.The natural regeneration of the population mainly depends on the survival rate of young plants before the third instar.The population protection of Monochasma savatieri should increase the survival rate of young plants and promote population reproduction by controlling environmental factors.
