摘要
本文研发了一种抽水蓄能电站发电电动机转子端部运行状态在线监测系统。该系统利用红外热像仪与高速工业照相机对电机转子端部关键部件进行测温与监测拍摄,通过测控与大数据分析软件对测量数据进行自动分析,从而实现对电机转子端部运行状态的监测。经电站现场运行试验表明,该系统运行稳定,监测数据准确可靠,对发现机组早期的机械故障具有明显作用。
In this paper,an on-line monitoring system for the rotor end operation state of the generator-motor in pumped storage power station is described.The system uses infrared thermal imager and high-speed industrial camera to measure temperature and monitor the key components at the end of motor rotor.The measured data are automatically analyzed by the big data analysis software,so as to monitor the operation state of motor rotor end.The field operation test shows that the system is stable in operation and the monitoring data are accurate and reliable,which plays an obvious role in detecting the early mechanical failure of the unit.
