摘要
短视频媒介是互联网领域最热门的信息传播媒介之一。随着其快速扩张发展,一系列媒介生态失范隐忧逐渐暴露。由此,为破解短视频媒介困境和打造媒介新生态,使其更好赋能,着力构建“四位一体”的短视频媒介生态治理机制:在技术算法上,要注入主流价值,增强平台社会责任;在内容生产上,要精耕垂直领域,打造正能量生态圈;在自觉意识上,要提升公众媒介素养,注重常态教育管理;在秩序规制上,要做好顶层设计,打造协同治理格局。最终实现短视频媒介工具理性和价值理性的统一。
The short video media is one of the most popular media for information dissemination in the Internet area.With the rapid expansion and progress of the short video media,a series of hidden problems of media ecological anomie have gradually been exposed.Therefore,in order to enhance empowerment for the short video media,it is necessary to focus on constructing an ecological governance mechanism of short video media in a quadri-unity way by solving the dilemma of the short video media and creating a new media ecology:in terms of technical algorithm,the mainstream value should be injected into the short video media,and the social responsibility of the short video media platform should be enhanced;in content production,positive energy ecosphere should be created through intensive cultivation of the short video media vertical field;in terms of conscious awareness,we should improve public media literacy and focus on normalized education management;in the aspect of regulations on the order of the short video media,we need to do a good job in the top-level design and create a collaborative governance pattern.Finally,the unity of instrumental rationality and value rationality of the short video media will be realized.
