广东水利工程质量检测高质量发展的思考与建议 被引量:7

摘要 水利工程质量检测是水利建设工程高质量发展的重要技术支撑,实现广东水利建设工程的高质量发展,离不开广东水利工程质量检测的高质量发展。该文以新时期广东省水利发展规划为基础,结合当前广东水利建设工程发展特点与规划,剖析相应的质量检测发展现状以及存在的主要问题,并重点参考其他省份和行业在工程质量检测方面已有效实施的方法,提出适用于广东水利工程质量检测高质量发展的建议,可为推动广东水利工程高质量发展提供借鉴。 Quality inspection of water conservancy projects is an important technical support for the high-quality development of water conservancy construction projects.The realization of high-quality development of Guangdong water conservancy construction projects is inseparable from the high-quality development of Guangdong water conservancy project quality inspection.Based on the water conservancy development planning of Guangdong province in the new period,and combined with the current development characteristics and planning of water conservancy construction projects in our province,this paper analyzes the corresponding present situation and main problems of quality inspection.With reference to the effective methods of engineering quality inspection in other provinces and industries,this paper puts forward five suggestions which are suitable for the high-quality development of water conservancy engineering quality inspection in our province.Including the establishment and improvement of quality inspection management system,the establishment of provincial quality inspection information service platform,the establishment of industry self-discipline or guidance organizations,the improvement of the existing credit management system and the transformation of construction self-inspection entrust mode,etc.it provides an important reference basis for promoting the high-quality development of water conservancy projects in our province.
