摘要
安全联锁装置是快开门式压力容器保障安全的关键部件,其设计、制造、使用、检验和维护保养等环节因缺少法规标准可量化执行的指导和监管,存在较高失效风险,进而限制了快开门式压力容器更广泛的应用。本文基于某省在役快开门式压力容器安全联锁装置的抽查结果,分析对比国内外不同标准体系关于快开门式压力容器安全联锁装置的专项要求,提出在快开门式压力容器定期检验中以安全状况等级对安全联锁装置进行评价,对相关标准的修订和完善提出针对性建议。
The safety interlock device is a key component for the safety of the quick-opening pressure vessel.Due to the lack of guidance and supervision in the design,manufacture,using,inspection and maintenance of regulations and standards,it has a high risk of failure,limiting pressure vessels’s more widely used.Based on the random inspection results of the safety interlock devices of quick-opening pressure vessels,this paper analyzes and compares the special requirements of the safety interlocking devices of quick-opening pressure vessels in diferent standard systems at home and abroad.It is proposed to evaluate the safety interlock device according to the safety status level and puts forward targeted suggestions for the revision and improvement of relevant standards.
