摘要
快开门式压力容器操作灵活方便,应用较为广泛,但同时也是发生事故较多的压力容器。安全联锁装置失效以及不当操作是其发生事故的主要原因。分析容器检验中发现的问题并对快开门式压力容器的设计、制造安装、使用管理和检验几个方面做出要求,以达到安全监察和预防事故的目的。
Quick actuating pressure vessel was flexible and convenient, and it was widely used. At the same time, it was also a pressure vessel with many accidents. Failure of safety interlocking devices and improper operation were the main causes of accidents. The problems found in the inspection were analyzed, and the requirements were made from the aspects of design, manufacture and installation, operation management and inspection of the quick actuating pressure vessel in order to achieve the purpose of safety supervision and accident prevention.
