摘要
在介绍某轮艏侧推装置概况的基础上,重点分析液压伺服单元的组成和工作原理,针对液压伺服单元设计不完善的地方提出改进意,增设液压锁、双向锁闭阀和压力释放阀,并改用“Y”型三位四通电磁阀作为比例换向阀,力求降低系统在锁距工况下管路的油压,避免引起泄漏,延长使用寿命。
On the basis of introducing the general situation of a ship bow side thrust device,the composition and working principle of the hydraulic servo unit are analyzed,and improvement suggestions are put forward for the imperfect design of the hydraulic servo unit,with the addition of hydraulic lock,two-way lock valve and pressure release valve,and the use of"Y"type three-way four-way solenoid valve as the proportional reversing valve,in order to reduce the oil pressure of the pipeline under the locking distance condition and prolong the service life.The system is designed to reduce the oil pressure of the pipeline under the locking distance condition,avoid causing leakage and prolong the service life.
