船舶伸缩式方位推的安装工艺研究

摘要 为了实现推进功率冗余和常规艏侧推的使用功能,某船厂建造的LNG运输船配置了伸缩式方位推。针对方位推精准安装的任务和目标,对方位推设备的组成细节、安装精度要求及船厂自身设备设施现状进行详细研究,总结出该船舶伸缩式方位推的安装工艺,并成功予以实施。通过实践验证各项性能指标完全达到设计要求。此安装工艺对于船舶修造企业安装同类方位推具有较高的参考价值和借鉴意义。 The LNG carrier built by a shipyard is equipped with a telescopic azimuth thruster in order to have the function of propulsive power redundancy and conventional bow thrust.For the task and goal of accurate installation of the azimuth thruster,the composition details of azimuth thruster,the installation accuracy requirements and the current status of the shipyard's own equipment and facilities are researched in detail,and installation process of the azimuth thruster is summarized and then successfully performed.Through the inspection and test,the designing performance indicators fully meet the design requirements.The installation workmanship has a high reference value and significance for ship repairing and building enterprises to install the similar azimuth thruster.
