摘要
药物引起的超敏反应约占所有药物不良反应的1/3,尽管大多数药物引起的超敏反应是轻微的,通过干预用药可避免或减少超敏反应的发生,但有些仍是不可预测的,严重时甚至会导致死亡。目前国内外对药物引起的超敏反应的机制研究尚存不足,大多数局限于单个药物。β-内酰胺类抗生素、摩诺酮类抗生素、左旋-天冬酰胺酶、非苗体抗炎药是常见的能够引起超敏反应的药物,本文将对这几种药物的超敏反应机制及遗传因素进行汇总分析,并对临床合理用药进行探讨,以期有所帮助。
Hypersensitivity reactions induced by drugs account for about one in three adverse drug reactions.Most of the drug-induced hypersensitivity reactions are mild,and they can be prevented or reduced through interventions,but some remain unpredictable,and even deadly in serious cases.There has been inadequate research on the mechanism of drug-induced hypersensitivity,for most of the research is limited to single drugs.There are many commonly-used drugs that can cause hypersensitivity,such as β-lactam anti-infective drugs,quinolone anti-infective drugs,l-asparaginase and nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs.The mechanism of hypersensitivity reactions and genetic factors of these drugs are summarized and analyzed while rational drug use is discussed in this paper,which is expected to help to reduce adverse reactions.
