摘要
目的研究复合维生素联合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的临床疗效。方法选取88例妊娠期缺铁性贫血产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各44例。研究组采用复合维生素联合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗,对照组采用多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗前后红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、铁蛋白(SF)、红细胞压积(Hct)与叶酸(FA)及母婴不良结局发生率。结果治疗前,两组RBC、Hb、SF、Hct及FA水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组RBC、Hb、SF、Hct及FA水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇不良结局发生率9.09%低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿不良结局发生率6.82%低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复合维生素联合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的疗效确切,可促进产妇血液学指标恢复,降低不良妊娠结局发生,同时保障母婴安全。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of multivitamin combined with polysaccharide iron complex capsule in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy.Methods 88 pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and study group,44 cases in each group.The study group was treated with multivitamin combined with polysaccharide iron complex capsule,while the control group was treated with polysaccharide iron complex capsule.The red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),ferritin(SF),hematocrit(Hct),folic acid(FA)and the incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in RBC,Hb,SF,Hct and FA levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of RBC,Hb,SF,Hct and FA in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the study group was 9.09%lower than 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the study group was 6.82%lower than that in the control group(25.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multivitamin combined with polysaccharide iron complex capsule is effective in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy,which can promote the recovery of maternal hematological indicators,reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and ensure the safety of maternal and infant.
