摘要
目的分析坤泰胶囊联合地屈孕酮片治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果。方法选取60例围绝经期综合征患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组接受地屈孕酮片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合坤泰胶囊治疗,比较两组患者临床效果。结果治疗前,两组Kupperman绝经指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Kupperman绝经指数低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FSH、LH水平均低于治疗前,E_(2)水平高于治疗前,且研究组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组窦卵泡数量、卵巢体积及子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,研究组窦卵泡数量与子宫内膜厚度增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但卵巢体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论围绝经期综合征患者开展坤泰胶囊联合地屈孕酮片治疗,能有效改善临床症状,促使卵巢功能恢复。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Kuntai capsule combined with didroxyprogesterone tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets,and the study group was treated with Kuntai capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Kupperman menopausal index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Kupperman menopausal index of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2))and luteinizing hormone(LH)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level of E_(2) was higher than that before treatment,and the study group was significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the number of antral follicles,ovarian volume and endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the number of antral follicles and endometrial thickness in the study group were increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in ovarian volume(P>0.05).Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with didroxyprogesterone tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of ovarian function in perimenopausal syndrome patients.
