摘要
目的探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇联合布洛芬胶囊治疗原发性痛经的效果。方法将150例原发性痛经患者随机分为观察组(去氧孕烯炔雌醇联合布洛芬胶囊)与对照组(布洛芬胶囊)。比较两组的临床效果、子宫动脉血流参数及血清指标。结果观察组总有效率为97.33%,高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分及PGF2α、IL-10水平低于对照组,痛经持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论去氧孕烯炔雌醇联合布洛芬胶囊治疗原发性痛经的效果确切,可缩短痛经持续时间,改善子宫动脉血流动力学,抑制致痛因子释放。
Objective To analyze the effect of deoxypregnene ethinylestradiol combined with ibuprofen capsule in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 150 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into observation group(deoxypregnene ethinylestradiol combined with ibuprofen capsule)and control group(ibuprofen capsule).The clinical effect,uterine artery blood flow parameters and serum indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.33%,higher than 84.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,and the PGF2αand IL-10 levels in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the duration of dysmenorrhea was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The resistance index(RI)and pulsatility index(PI)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Deoxypregnene ethinylestradiol combined with ibuprofen capsule has exact effect in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,and can shorten the duration of dysmenorrhea,improve the uterine artery hemodynamics and inhibit the release of pain causing factor.
