摘要
本文基于我国人口老龄化程度不断加剧且老年网民占比逐年攀升的背景,探究数字技术对老年人身心健康的影响,推动政府落实健康老龄化政策体系及数字转型社会持续稳健发展。本研究聚焦“银色数字鸿沟”对老年人身心健康的影响效应,首先构建了一个“三级数字鸿沟”影响老年人身心健康的集成统一分析框架开展理论分析,进而采用2016、2018及2020年三期中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS)进行多元回归分析、K-means聚类分析、主成分分析、城乡异质性和空间异质性分析,并运用替换核心变量法和工具变量法进行稳健性检验。研究发现:无论是分别从身体健康和心理健康两个维度,还是总体上从身心健康合成指标,其分析结果均表明“银色数字鸿沟”对老年人身体健康和心理健康会产生一定程度的负向影响,且其影响效应呈现显著的城乡异质性与空间异质性。老年人作为“数字相对弱势群体”,越倾向于利用互联网获取信息,其心理健康状况反而越差。心理健康与身体健康之间存在“循环累积因果放大效应”,从而易引致“银色数字鸿沟”对老年人身心健康的消极影响不断放大。政府应不断推进老年友好型数字战略计划,关注技术进步对老年人健康状况的影响,积极应对人口老龄化问题;司法部门需加速虚拟网络相关法律体系的构建,注重数字弱势群体的相关权益保护,构建良好的网络环境。
Based on the background that China’s aging population is increasing and the proportion of elderly Internet users is increasing year by year,exploring the impact of digital technology on the physical and mental health of the elderly is of great significance for the government to implement the healthy aging policy system and promote the sustainable and stable development of the digital transformation society.This paper focuses on the impact of the silver digital divide on the physical and mental health of the elderly.First,an integrated and unified analysis framework of the“three-level digital divide”on the physical and mental health of the elderly is constructed for theoretical analysis,and then multiple regression analysis,K-means clustering analysis,principal component analysis,urban-rural heterogeneity and spatial heterogeneity analysis are conducted using the three phases of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)data in 2016,2018 and 2020,the method of replacing core variables and tool variables were used to test the robustness.The research found that whether from the two dimensions of physical and health respectively or from the composite indicators of physical and mental health in general,the analysis results showed that the“digital divide”would have a negative impact on the physical and mental health of the elderly to a certain extent,and its impact effect showed significant urban-rural heterogeneity and spatial heterogeneity.The elderly,as a digitally vulnerable group,tends to use the internet for information,which makes their mental health worse.There is a“circular cumulative causal amplification effect”between mental health and physical health,which easily leads to the negative impact of the“digital divide”on the physical and mental health of the elderly.The government should continue to promote the age-friendly digital strategic plan,pay attention to the impact of technological progress on the health status of the elderly,and actively respond to the problem of population aging;the judicial d
