摘要
阐述了PVC细密封胶气泡缺陷产生的主要原因,并从折边压合工艺、涂装细密封胶涂胶工艺等多方面阐述了PVC细密封胶气泡优化方法。另外还介绍了PVC细密封胶气泡的预防控制方案及返修方案,以期给业内人士提供参考。
This paper analyzes the main causes of the PVC sealing bubble,and describes the modifying methods of PVC sealing from the aspects of folding and pressing process,PVC sealing process,etc.In addition,the solutions to prevention and reparation of of PVC sealing bubble are described,which might be useful for technicians in this fields.
