摘要 随着全民健康意识的不断提高,健康需求呈现出多层次、多元化等特点,饮食干预成为人们维护健康的重要选择,为了满足市场需要,功能食品逐渐兴起。特别是新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生以来,健康成为全民最关注的事情,大健康产业逐步迎来发展的黄金期,功能食品成为大健康产业的新蓝海。现分析功能食品在国内外慢性病中的应用现状以及功能食品带动区域经济增长的影响因素,旨在结合山西省功能食品特色,探索慢性病干预新措施,形成以医促农的局面,为山西省区域经济发展注入新活力。 With the continuous improvement of people′s health awareness,health needs show multi-level and diversified characteristics.Dietary intervention has become an important choice for people to maintain their health.In order to meet market needs,functional food has gradually emerged.In particular,since the outbreak of COVID-19,health has become the most concerned thing of the whole people.The massive health industry has gradually ushered in a golden period of development,and functional food has become the new blue ocean of the massive health industry.This paper analyzed the application status of functional food in chronic diseases at home and abroad and the influencing factors of functional food driving regional economic growth,aiming to explore new measures for chronic disease intervention in combination with the characteristics of functional food in Shanxi Province,form a situation of promoting agriculture through medical treatment,and inject new vitality into the regional economic development of Shanxi Province.
