摘要
基于铁路工程管理平台的应用情况,总结铁路工程建设信息化在推进过程中存在的问题,分析铁路工程建设信息化管理考核需求,按照“管理需分级、标准要统一、管理应留痕、流程须闭环”的思路,设计铁路建设信息化应用管理考核系统。该系统已在多个铁路在建项目中应用,可帮助落实铁路工程建设信息化系统管理相关制度文件,规范铁路工程建设信息化工作流程,有效发挥铁路工程建设信息化在标准化施工中的作用,提升铁路工程建设管理水平。
Based on the application of the railway engineering management platform,this paper summarizes the problems during the promotion of information technology in railway engineering construction,analyzes the requirements for information technology management and assessment of railway engineering construction,and designs the application,management and assessment system of information technology in railway construction according to the idea of“prioritized management,consistent standards,traceable management,and closed-loop procedures”.The system,which has been applied in many railway projects under construction,helps to implement the management documents of relevant systems on information technology system of railway engineering construction,standardize the information technology workflow of railway engineering construction,effectively facilitate railway engineering construction information technology in standardized construction,and improve the management level of railway engineering construction.
