摘要 与传统的明挖、冲桩机等施工清障方法相比,全套筒全回转清障技术具有对四周土体及临近建构筑物扰动小、安全环保、周边环境影响小、费用低,以及可与连续墙同期施工等优点,是一种可在复杂周边环境施工条件下进行的地下清障工艺,在拓展地下建构筑空间方面极具应用价值。文章以广州地铁10号线某拟建车站为例,主要探讨全套筒全回转清障技术在某地铁车站切除既有出入口围护桩、结构施工中的应用,阐述了基本施工流程,并对施工准备和探挖封堵墙施工、全套筒全回转钻机带动钢套管沉入,以及地下障碍物清除过程进行了详细介绍,以供参考。 Compared with traditional obstacle removal methods such as open excavation and pile driver construction, the full-sleeve and full-rotation obstacle removal technology has the advantages of small disturbance to the surrounding soil and adjacent buildings, safety and environmental protection, less impact on the surrounding environment, low cost, and simultaneous construction with the diaphragm wall.It is an underground obstacle removal technology that can be carried out under the construction conditions with complex surrounding environment, and has great application value in expanding underground construction space. Taking a planned station on Guangzhou Metro Line 10 as an example,this paper mainly discusses the application of full-sleeve and full-rotation obstacle removal technology in the removal of existing entrance and exit retaining piles and structural construction of a subway station, expounds the basic construction process, and introduces in detail the construction preparation, excavation and sealing wall construction, the sinking of steel casing driven by full-sleeve and full-rotation drilling rig, and the removal process of underground obstacles for reference.
