暗挖地铁车站与车站行车隧道同期建造技术研究

摘要 北京地铁昌平线南延小营西路车站为暗挖地下双层三跨车站,采用PBA工法施工,车站两端区间隧道采用盾构法施工。原设计施工工序为,待车站主体结构底板施工完成后,盾构过站,但由于小营西路站为暗挖地铁车站,该方案会导致施工工期较长,在盾构到达前很难提供盾构接收与始发条件,影响全线“洞通”目标的实现。为此,提出暗挖地铁车站与车站行车隧道同期建造方案,具体施工工序为,先施工车站上层4个导洞,然后盾构掘进通过车站,在盾构过站阶段,穿插进行车站导洞内边桩和车站中间钢管柱施工。这种建造方法能保证盾构隧道和暗挖车站的施工筹划相互独立,互不制约。通过详细阐述该方案的施工工序,分析与车站行车隧道同期施工的地铁车站建造方案优势,讨论该方案存在的问题,并提出解决措施。经数值模拟和现场实测结果表明,采取的措施取得了较好的效果。 The Xiaoyingxilu subway station of the south extension project of Beijing Metro ChangPing line is a double-layer and three-span underground station, which is constructed by PBA construction method, and the tunnels at both ends of the station are constructed by shield tunneling method. The original design of the construction process is as follows: the shield can only pass through the station after the construction of the base plate of the station structure is completed. Since Xiaoyingxilu Station is a shallow-buried underground subway station and the construction period will be longer, it is difficult to provide conditions for shield reception and departure before the arrival of the shield tunneling machine, which will affect the target of tunnels through. For this reason, the scheme of simultaneous construction of underground subway station and station traffic tunnels is put forward. The specific construction procedure is as follows. First, four small guide holes on the upper level of the station are constructed, and then the shield tunneling passes through the station;while shield tunneling is passing through the station, the construction of side piles in guide holes and station steel pipe columns is carried out alternately with shield tunneling. This construction method can ensure the mutual independence of shield tunneling and underground station excavation. This paper elaborates the construction process of the scheme, analyzes the advantages of the construction scheme of the subway station constructed simultaneously with the station traffic tunnels, discusses the problems existing in the scheme, and puts forward countermeasures. The results of numerical simulation and field monitoring show that the measures adopted have achieved good results.
