摘要
通过比较详细的资料调查和统计分析,了解北京目前在建的几条地铁线路上盾构法的施工现状,发现盾构法在大规模应用中面临的主要问题有:盾构法连续施工的区间分散;盾构设备的利用率偏低;盾构机的非推进作业过多;盾构法施工的工期延误;盾构法施工的额外成本较多。通过分析,认为最根本的原因在于盾构区间施工与车站施工在速度和组织上的矛盾未能得到很好的协调,实际上也就是盾构过站的问题没有得到很好的解决。目前采用的三种实施方案没能真正地解决这个问题,为此提出一种新的解决方案--盾构先行贯通全线大部分车站行车隧道,再结合明挖法或浅埋暗挖法在适当的时机拓展建造地铁车站。该方案对于提高地铁建设质量,加快地铁建设速度,降低地铁工程造价有着很大的优越性,具有重要的现实意义。
Based on a detailed investigation and analysis, the present situation of shield tunneling for Beijing metro construction was studied. The main problems of shield method in the planning of the projects were as follows. First, continuous tunnel sections constructed using shield method were only a few; second, the efficiency of shield machine was low; third, the time used for non-excavation tasks in shield tunneling was too long; fourth, the targeted project time using shield tunneling could not be guaranteed; and finally, the additional cost of shield tunneling was high. Detailed analysis indicates that the major cause for the problems was the contradiction of construction time between shield tunnel sections and adjoining stations, with the additional cause being that construction organization of shield tunneling was not well planned. A solution for the problems was put forwarded: let the shield machine pass a series of stations in the line first, and then construct the stations by cut-and-cover method or mining method at proper times. Such scheme may be of great advantages in improving construction quality, speed and cost reduction.
